RFQ List

The RFQ List is the central hub for all RFQs in the system. It displays key information for quick review and serves as the starting point for RFQ creation, editing, and tracking.

Key features

  • Add an RFQ button
    Located at the top-left of the screen. Opens the RFQ creation workflow.

  • Search bar
    Filters the list by keyword across customer name, reference, RFQ number, and other visible fields.

  • Reset Filters / Refresh

  • Reset Filters clears all filters and returns to the default view.
  • Refresh reloads the list with the latest data.

  • Clickable RFQ ID
    Clicking the RFQ ID opens the RFQ details page, where you can:

  • View or edit RFQ info
  • Add or review documents
  • View action logs and change logs
  • Convert RFQs to Quotes

  • Status indicators
    The RFQ Status shows where the RFQ sits in the workflow (New, In Progress, Awaiting Info, Closed, etc.).

  • Sortable columns
    Most columns can be sorted to help organize results (for example by Customer, Internal Salesman, RFQ Status, Need By Date).

Use the list as your daily inbox for RFQs, combined with the status filters and search bar.
