The Add a Customer modal creates a new customer record and an initial site.

Key fields¶
- Customer Name (required)
- Initial Site Name (required)
- Active (checkbox)
- Note
- Quote Notes
- Invoice Notes
- Website
- Credit Limit
- Customer Type
- Bill Terms
Actions¶
- Save Customer - creates the customer and the initial site
- Close (X) - cancels without saving
Best practices¶
- Use Initial Site Name like "Main Office" when there is a primary location.
- Use Quote Notes for pricing rules, preferred vendors, or quoting preferences.
- Use Invoice Notes for billing preferences, tax notes, or payment instructions.
