Actions

  • Save Customer - creates the customer and the initial site
  • Close (X) - cancels without saving

Best practices

  • Use Initial Site Name like "Main Office" when there is a primary location.
  • Use Quote Notes for pricing rules, preferred vendors, or quoting preferences.
  • Use Invoice Notes for billing preferences, tax notes, or payment instructions.
