Why do I not see my customer when creating an RFQ?

First, use Customer Lookup to make sure the customer exists. If not, create it with Add Customer. Then return to the RFQ workflow.

Why is my PO still on the Receiving List?

At least one line still has unreceived quantity. Open Receive Items and check each line's Quantity Ordered and Quantity Received.

Why is the QuickBooks indicator red for a PO or Invoice?

That indicates the record has not synced to QuickBooks or there was a sync issue. Check mapping, vendor setup, and error messages in the sync logs.
