Who this system is for

The Business System is designed for companies that manage RFQs, Quotes, Jobs, and Inventory, with tight integration into QuickBooks.

High level workflow

  1. Create an RFQ when a customer requests pricing.
  2. Convert the RFQ to a Quote once enough information is known.
  3. Convert the Quote to a Job after the customer gives the go ahead.
  4. Track work, inventory, purchasing, and shipping on the Job.
  5. Invoice the customer and sync to QuickBooks.
