PO List¶
The PO List page provides full visibility into purchase orders created in the system, including vendor details, job associations, and fulfillment status.

Key components¶
- Add Purchase Order button - opens the Add Purchase Order modal
- Search bar - search by PO number, vendor, job, or other fields
- Reset Filters / Refresh - clears filters or reloads the list
- Status filters such as:
- Unreceived POs
- Outstanding AP POs
- Closed POs
- All Open POs
PO table¶
Common columns:
- ID
- Status
- View (open PO)
- QuickBooks sync indicator
- PO Date
- Need By
- AP Status
- Delivery Date
- Vendor
- PO Job Type
- Job ID
- Amount
- Pay Terms
- Created For
- Assigned To
- Sales Order number
Click the View icon or PO ID to open PO details.

Actions:
- Add PO - saves and creates the PO
- Cancel - closes without saving
