The Site Lookup page lets you search, view, and navigate customer site records. Each site is associated with a customer and may have counts for RFQs, quotes, jobs, and invoices.

  • Search bar - search by site name, location, or customer
  • Reset Filters - clears search criteria

Common columns:

  • Site Name
  • Customer Name
  • RFQ Count
  • Quote Count
  • Job Count
  • Invoice Count
  • Actions (edit/open site)

Click the edit icon to open or modify site details.

Best practices

  • Use the search bar to locate a site quickly during support or order processing.
  • Monitor sites with high RFQ or job volume for activity trends.
  • Keep addresses and contact info current to ensure accurate shipping and billing.
