Job List

The Job List (Job Maintenance) page provides access to active and completed jobs created from customer orders or quotes.

Key components

• Search bar - search jobs by job number, customer, reference, or keyword
• Reset button - clears filters
• Show dropdown - filters jobs by lifecycle stage:
• Active Jobs Only
• Active and Closed Jobs Only
• Closed Jobs Only
• All Jobs

Common columns:

• Job number
• Job Date
• Ship By Date
• Need By Date
• Customer / Site
• PO Number
• Job Amount
• Internal Salesman
• Purchasing Contact
• Actions

Click the Job number to open the job details.

Best practices

• Monitor Ship By and Need By dates to meet schedule commitments.
• Confirm PO Number and references before fulfilling.
• Use filters to focus on jobs that are time-sensitive or high value.
