Job Overview

Jobs represent work that has been approved by the customer.

Jobs are usually created from Quotes and are used to:

• Track production or service work.
• Tie together purchasing, inventory, and shipping.
• Drive invoicing and QuickBooks sync.

Typical flow:

1. Quote is accepted.
2. Job is created from the Quote.
3. Work is performed and tracked on the Job.
4. Job is invoiced.
5. Job is completed and closed.
