Customer Lookup¶
The Customer Lookup (Customer Maintenance) page lets you search, view, and manage customer records.

Key components¶
- Add a Customer button - opens the Add Customer modal
- Search bar - search by name, region, type, or other attributes
- Reset Filters - clears all search criteria
Customer table¶
Typical columns:
- Logo
- Customer Name
- Region Name
- Customer Type
- Bill Terms
- Site Count
- Quote Count
- Job Count
- Invoice Count
Click a customer name to open the customer details page, where available.
Best practices¶
- Set the correct Customer Type and Bill Terms when creating customers.
- Add sites for each physical location to keep Site Count accurate.
- Use Region for territory management and reporting.
