The Customer Lookup (Customer Maintenance) page lets you search, view, and manage customer records.

Key components

  • Add a Customer button - opens the Add Customer modal
  • Search bar - search by name, region, type, or other attributes
  • Reset Filters - clears all search criteria

Customer table

Typical columns:

  • Logo
  • Customer Name
  • Region Name
  • Customer Type
  • Bill Terms
  • Site Count
  • Quote Count
  • Job Count
  • Invoice Count

Click a customer name to open the customer details page, where available.

Best practices

  • Set the correct Customer Type and Bill Terms when creating customers.
  • Add sites for each physical location to keep Site Count accurate.
  • Use Region for territory management and reporting.
