Login Help

This page covers common login issues and explains how to regain access to your account.

Login Username

Your login username is assigned by an Administrator.
It is usually your work email address, but this can vary by company.

If you are unsure of your login username:

  • Check the welcome email you received when your account was created.
  • Contact your system Administrator to verify your username.

Tip: Usernames are case-insensitive, but they must be entered correctly.

Forgot Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself using the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login screen.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your login username.
  4. Check your email for a password reset message.
  5. Click the reset link and create a new password.
  6. Return to the login screen and sign in.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct login username.
  • Contact your Administrator if the issue continues.

Locked Out or Unable to Log In

If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password:

  • Confirm your login username with your Administrator.
  • Ask an Administrator to reset your password manually.
  • Verify that your account has not been deactivated.

Administrators can help with:

  • Verifying login usernames
  • Resetting passwords
  • Assigning or updating Roles
  • Reactivating user accounts
