The Part Maintenance page allows you to search and manage master part records.

Search filters

You can search by:

• Part Number
• Manufacturer
• Model
• Size
• Piece Number
• Include Inactive (checkbox)

Buttons:

• Search - runs the query
• Reset - clears filters

Part table

Typical columns:

• SKU
• Image
• Part and Inventory Information
• Manufacturer
• Model
• Size
• Piece Number
• Cost
• Sales Price
• On Hand
• On Order
• Allocated
• Available

Best practices

• Use consistent naming for Model, Size, and Manufacturer.
• Maintain accurate cost and sales price for quoting.
• Upload part images where possible for faster identification.
