Quotes are created from RFQs or directly when enough information is known to price the work.

Use Quotes to:

• Provide formal pricing to customers.
• Track revisions and versions.
• Convert accepted Quotes to Jobs.

Typical flow:

1. RFQ created and reviewed.
2. Quote created from RFQ.
3. Quote sent to customer.
4. Customer approves.
5. Quote converted to Job.
